Im so confuse please help....
Thank you so much for helping me with all this....I talked to the nurse about my ultrasound......Im going to get my papsmear done soon. Well my ultrasound said my uterus is within normal limits on my left ovary I have a cyst dissolving but that is quiestionable . What does that mean? Why am I so bloated and peeing so much? Im still nervous......THANKS

I am glad that you are getting a physical examination. it is hard to understand your symptoms without the benefit of the information that a physical exam supplies.
your ultrasound reports suggests that you ovulated.
the urinary symptoms could also be due to issues with the bladder such as a bladder infection
interstitial cystitis,
drinking too much fluid
a hormone imbalance
and so forth

the nurse called said everything is fine. What else would bloated, and frequent urination?
