Is it too late to join the morning party?  I'm hungry, although I'm still so bloated from surgery that the thought of food makes me ill.  Maybe a nice, big cyber-breakfast will hit the spot?  In that case, I'd love a huge German pancake sprinkled with powdered sugar and a squeeze of lemon coupled with a mug of hot chocolate.  I will bring some for everyone...YUM!

Just back from commencement. Didn't think I'd manage such a long ceremony three weeks post-laparotomy (in 104 degree heat!), but I did! Also, my incision is finally forming scabs, thank God.

Happy Mother's Day to all -- even those who aren't technically mothers. What a wonderful bunch of women are on this site. I am very blessed to have been included, advised, helped, and reassured by all of you.

Hey Mary 53 yes it seems like it was one heck of a week!! It's hard enough for me to catch up when I miss one day. WOW!!!  I can't wait till my post-op appt Tuesday. I looked up the info on body rolling from one of your posts and I'm going to try that once I'm healed up and ready to go. May have to throw a post or two your way if ya don't mind.

I'm from Minnesota just south of Minneapolis in Richfield.  I was raised here and came back. I like it!  It must be so green there now in Missouri!  Our leaves are just starting to return!

Boy you have surgery take some time off and all heck breaks loose. Some of the threads won't come up are they deleting them??? It's been crazy here in MO so cold today. Sure could use a hot soak!

Tubs at 102, Yes, there have been deletions and it was a whirlwind week on the Forum, I did not get back until this AM and oh Boy!  I missed quite a bit, some creepy but mostly good!

HeY there E! I was feeling pretty good till this morning. Had a rough night and boy it's been a painful day. Guess I shouldn't of tried planting yesterday. I know pretty stupid huh?? I work w/ special ed in the jr high level. Mostly LD am so happy our vacation is fast approaching. LOL
