Same to you, Gia...and, to all the Mom's and to all of the Mothers of the women and men on the forum. There are days I still cannot believe that my own Mother is not here any longer. She was a great Mom!
Spring is finally arriving in Minnesota (OK...not really. It is going to be 32 degrees when I wake up tomorrow morning, so they say) but today we will celebrate with my husband's Mother (age 90). And, for those of you who happen to have teens at home (possibly going through teenage angst)....hang in there. Our daughter (only child living here after college graduation last year) ordered a dozen pink Tulips for me that had been delivered to the house and were here waiting for me when I got home from work on Friday. She said she would have had them delivered Saturday but it would have cost $50.00 more....so, we have thoughtfulness complemented by economic reality going on here....I was thrilled!

Happy Mothers Day to all, as well! I'm missing my Mom very much today, and wishing I could see my Mother in Law. My menfolk are gathering, so the day will be a good one. I was remembering my first Mothers Day this morning, and my husband can't believe that I still remember it. He had just turned 3 two weeks before coming home to us, which timed out to coming home the Wednesday before Mothers Day that year. I remember him giving me a bouquet of flowers. It was an amazing day! I'm grateful to have these years with my boys (and husband).
Spring is here in CT as well...time to get the garden rehabilitated.
