Please, Please......Help me!

Hi Dr. Goodman,  I am a 38 yrs old and have been having low abdomian (pelvic area) and low back for well over a week now.  I had a abdominal/pelvic ultrasound done and the nurse practioner at my gyn office (could not see usual gyn dr due to her busy schedule) told me everything was normal.  I had a copy of my test results that my family dr got for me and they showed:  enlarged uterus, enlarged ovaries with 24cc in each and cysts on each ovary and free fluid in cul d sac.  I have had stomach distention (my stomach measures 11 inches larger than it did prior to surgery) since a gallbladder surgery I had on August 18th and no one can seem to figure out why, my family dr finally agreed to give me a referral to Hershey Medical Center but wants to speak with my gyn dr first because he feels that the pelvic/back pain I am having is coming from my ovaries/cysts…..he told me my one cyst is almost the size of my ovary.  I did have a CA125 test and it was in normal range of 5!  I am still so concerned, I cant stand up straight because of the pain and they have put me on Vicodin and then Percoset……I can not function with these drugs, however I can not stand the pain without them……Any advice??
