i feel long shaped things right below my stomach

Hi, I feel long shaped things right below the side of my stomach. It only appears when i am laying down. I can usually feel it when i am relaxed. I feel it but then it moves around. And today i felt a ball in the same spot, but it moved away after i kept touching it. Also, I can feel it in the middle or the other side right below my stomach. What can this be?
I also need to urinate every five to ten min after i drink any kind of liquid. I also have to wake up every night to urinate. I am also suffering rom constipation as well. Please tell me if this is a serious problem. Thank You

If my bowels are backed up a bit I can feel the full colon. It runs up the right side, across the front under the diaphragm area and then down the left side to be emptied. I don't know about having to urinate just a few minutes after drinking. It takes time to pass through. If it was me, I'd focus on a higher fiber diet to keep things moving just for comfort if nothing else.
