On the R/S

Hello everyone!  My surgery was yesterday and I'm back up and around. My doc removed the cysts by draining them and then removed the cyst walls.  He told me it went well, the one in my left was easy and the one in my right came out with just a few snips.  I have three incisions, the one on the lower right was made over the top of my appendectomy scar and is larger then the rest. He also said I had multiple adhesions between my ovaries, colon and stomach, but he cut them out too.  Now, with the help of percoset :) I'm resting comfortably.  By the ay, if anyone is prone to upset stomach from meds, my doc percribed phenegren to ease the upset and it sure has helped!

Glad to hear you've joined the rest of us on the recovery side.  Don't do too much too soon - my surgery was on Thursday and I overdid it on Tuesday - paid for it yesterday and today.  Some of us learn the hardway!
