Dear Farhana,
Thank you for your complete information. Your ultrasound suggests that you have a cyst in the right ovary. This cyst is simple. It is large enough that it will cause pain. In general, we think about removing cysts that are bigger than 5 cm.
You do not have a cancer diagnosis based on this information. This is most likely benign. However, it needs to be removed and examined under the microscope to get a complete diagnosis.
The removal of an ovarian cyst will not impair your fertility.
Please let us know what happens

Thanks for your valuable reply.
Isn't my following blood test result is enough for cancer diagnosis?
My Blood test results are as followed:
LDH: 287.0 U/L
CEA: 1.3 ng/ml.
Serum CA-125 level: 14.3 U/ml.
According to the ranges, isn't it normal? So, what will be my next step? Do I need any further test or will go for ultrasound after several months to check whether the situation is deteriorated or not?
Anyway why my My uterus is retroverted in position? and also according to the report my left ovary is mildly enlarged in size. For left ovary, is there any chance of facing the same as my right one?
My Blood test results are as followed:
LDH: 287.0 U/L

Serum CA-125 level: 14.3 U/ml.
BTW, I'm 22 unmarried. Will it be possible or me to have a child in future?
