Ovarian Cyst and leg ache ongoing through groin

I have had two ultrasounds done in the past 3 months and the radiologists have only identified that there is a 3.8cm cyst in my ovaries but cant say which ovary it is sitting on.. Im due to go to get a CT Scan down.
In the past 3 days i have had numbness, pins and needles and ache from my groin down my left leg that is just not going away and almost feel like im going to collapse on the floor while walking..
Can anyone tell me if this is normal when there is a Cyst on the ovaries?
I have been told that it most likely is a complex cyst. :(
