Ovary pain

I went to the doctors yesterday for a pap test. My doctor said she felt something pea sized on the ovary I have pain in , I was just wondering if I should be worried . She didn't say anything else about it . Also my cervix is off to the left. Should I go to a obgyn ? Any advice is much appreciated.

Hope you have good news from obgyn. 1978 and 1981 I had benign ovarian cysts removed. Several years after that I had another cyst and never even went to doc, I think it ruptured and the pain was gone. Aside from sharp pain in the area!! It was ok. That was a long time ago. Sometimes I have a twitch
