need help with Tshirts for event please

Please take a look at my attempt at drawing a logo for out event this summer? forgive the drawing, I tried my best to describe what the company will be offering us for our weekend event. Please let me know if they will be o.k? I do not want to make the decision for all of us. The company is just trying to personally offer me help with the costs, and the price is fantastic! I will only do this if all are happy with the idea, I do not want to upset anyone who has another idea.
Please advise me all. He would need 4 weeks time, and sizing to make them up for us.

Sorry Jan, the idea for the T's is on my photo page click on it to enlarge it. Only a general idea of the image, as I am not good with this  but it is the word Hope with a teal ribbon as the script top of the letter H'
he will also put on our event name and the date

  I for one have to say that what ever you come up with will make me happy. I am not going to be picky about it. But if any of you do have suggestions, it would be great to hear them.
  As long as they are all the same and everyone knows why we are there, I think that is the biggest concern.
