I wish I could help you but I can't.  Are you unable to discuss your concerns with your doctor?  I do know polycystic ovarian disease causes lots of problems ...... I know  it can cause problems with fertility but I think it is still possible for one to conceive.  I don't know if you should be on birth control pills or how long, if at all you should be on them.  Hopefully someone will come along soon to help you with these issues.  It would be best if you could speak with your health care provider ..... they should be able to answer your questions.....heck...they should have already made certain they answered all your questions and adressed all your concerns.  Hang in there kid.....
Peace.
