PET scan results - hs anyone seen this before?

I just got my report and of course my doctor is out until Monday so I have to freak all weekend.  Please let me know if you've see the verbaige below and what it means.

Mild to moderate uptake in left ovarian mass.  Also mild uptake above background in left para aortic lymph node.

I think this means I likely have cancer in the ovary and lymph node but not sure.

Faster than normal metabolizing cells such as inflammation and or cancer cells takes more labeled glucose ( used in the PET scan)which result in more uptake seeing in the scan.

Sadly to say, it is not sounds good to me about the mass and the lymph node.

I hope you will try your best to find a excellent Gyn/Oncologist if you are not seeing one right now.

Can you maybe call the radiologist to try to get this in layman's terminology?
