Partial Hysterectomy and ovarian cyst or cancer

I am 34 yrs old.  I had a partial hysterectomy at 29 yrs old.  I had extreme endometriosis on many of my organs so I had an abdominal as opposed to vaginal.  I always had cysts on my right ovary but my doctor told me is was better to keep my ovaries than not.  Since the hysterectomy, I have continued to have cysts on the right ovary. Lately I have alot of pain on my lower right side and down my right leg. I am nauseated almost everyday. I have alot of gas buildup and my stomach is swollen. I feel like I need to start my period because my lower stomach feels so heavy and uncomfortable like when I actually had a period.  I feel like if I could start and bleed alot that I would feel so much better. Is this normal? Could it just be a cyst or possible cancer?  I  switched ob/gyn's and I go to a new one that is closer to my home and has an excellant reputation. I will see him Monday but I'm very concerned. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Thanks for any input!

Hello there. I agree with Gia, you need to tell your doc every symptom and ask for a transvaginal ultra sound. Best of luck to you, keep us updated - Deandra

I also was a endometriosis sufferer for many years...You should see your Dr and let them do an ultrasound and determine what is going on...i used to feel that pressure right before my period and pray for it to come out so I would feel better...I had a full hysterectomy since I had 2 large masses on each ovary...also, endo can cause so much pain and pressure and if you have a cyst it could be pressing on a nerve and causing the pain down the leg.  Keep me posted and good luck....Gia :)
