please i need some help!!

Can someone please explain this to me. All my dr said is the cysts r still there.
Again seen is the nonspecific mildly complex oblong hypoechoic cystic focus in the right pelvic region measures 2.4 x 1.1 x 1.2 cm, compared to approximately 2.8 x 1.2 x 1.5 cm, overall not substantially changed.

The left ovary is abnormal. It is measured at 6.8 x 4.8 x 4.4 cm. It is unclear of a portion of this measurement includes adjacent complex fluid. Complex traversing septae are seen, with Doppler vascularity detected. A complex cyst with thick traversing
septae measures 4.4 x 4.3 x 4 cm approximately, which is new from prior exam.

The CA125 is inaccurate for false positives meaning higher than it should be. If you are worried you can get a second opinion.

All he said was it is still there. I have had a sono every 6 weeks for the past 6 mo. And it has been there just what worries me is the size of my ovary and thicking of the septa wall. I did a ca 125 test which  came out normal but I was told the test was not completely accurate. My dr has not actually seen me on a year he just sending me messages.

98% of ovarian cysts are not cancer. Many go away on there own. What does your doctor say next? Any follow up? If he thought it was serious he would have referred you to a GYN/Oncologist. They do complex cysts not just cancer.
