Pelvic Ultrasound and Transvaginal Ultrasound

I've been having ncreasing pelvic pain and dark spotting and had an embolization and myomectomy.
here is a summary of my ultrasound:

PELVIC AND TRANVAGINAL ULTRASOUND :

Clinical indeication: 8 months of increasing pelvic pain with menses and irregular menses with dark spotting an history of embolization previously (and myomectomy).

Prevoid urinary bladder poorly distended and negative. Uterus anteverted 8.8 x 5.4 x 6.8 cm.  Calcified fibroid remains apparent at approximately 1.8 cm.  There is coarse calcification at  the  fundal endometrium linear in pattern measuring up to 2 cm, which could reflect a history of previous embolization therapy.  The remainder of the endometrium is homogeneous and non thickened at approximately 4 mm with some fluid in the canal.  Further calcified fibroids are seen smaller measuring up to 1 cm.  Nabothian cysts are noted in cervix.  Right ovary contains multiple small follicles measuring up to 9  mm.  Left ovary contains multiple cysts numbering at least 5 measuring up to 3 cm, some which are simple and the 3 cm cyst is partially collapsing with septation and a couple of cyst shows some low-level internal echoes possibly hemorrhagic.  No free fluid.

Yes I am in pain for 5 days of the month.    Sometimes it is so intense and I seem to be burping a lot.  I dont now why ?

I can't stand the hospital and would rather take advil and a hot bath.   I find going to the hospital useless sometimes cause its to much waiting and nothing is done anyway.

What does this mean.....??????.............................

3 cm cyst is partially collapsing with septation and a couple of cyst shows some low-level internal echoes possibly hemorrhagic.

It is rare to have ovarian cancer in both ovaries. Unless you have the BRCA gene you have a 1.4% of ovarian cancer in your life time. The cysts in the report are usually benign. It says you have fibroids. No free fluid is good. You could still be in pain,
