The uterus contained a posterior 1.4 cm subserosal fibroid.  The endometrial stripe measured 1.2 mm in single thickness normal for a menopausal woman.  Uterus contained a 1.5 cm right anterior endometrial polyp.  There also appeared to be a tiny 3 mm anterior fundal polyp.

The right ovary contained a tiny cyst with echoes measuring less than 1 cm in diameter.    Again identified in the left adnexa was a 3.4 x 1.6 cm fluid collection with incomplete septations.

Thanks for your answer Dr. Goodman.
01) I have been in menopause now for 5 1/2 years.  I do not have any bleeding.  If this is the case, is one able to just put a watch on the polyp in the uterus or should I consider removing it?  Would this be done with a D&C or a hysteroscope?  What would be the harm in not removing it?
02) Would a watch also be place on the complex ovarian cyst or is this normal?
03)  What would the fallopian tube be blocked with after 5+ years of menopause?
Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi There
Sometime a blocked fallopian tube can hurt as it stretches. If you have pain, you should ask your doctor about the option of a laparoscopy and removal of that fallopian tube. looks like you have a polyp inside the uterus that has not change much  in 3 years. But if you are having heavy bleeding, your doctor should consider a D&C to remove the polyp at the time of the laparoscopy
take care
