When should I worry?

I just had one of my ovaries removed do to low grade cancer cells on it 10m. My question is this , when should I see my first period ? I feel as if my doctor did something wrong ,since it's been a month and no cycle. I would love to have another kid.

I do not know. It might take a while for things to settle out. One month is reasonable for no period since you only ovulate on one side each month. It might have been your missing ovary's turn to ovulate. Also when we have any shock like surgery our cycles can be thrown off. There are Gyn/oncologists who specialize in fertility. We have two in our town.
