Plz help me?? Will my Cyst turn to tumor? Will it be possible to become mother later on?

During USG to check my urinary problem (frequent urge of urination) a cyst has been found (23Sept05) at my right ovary. That time my doctor (gyne) told me not to worry as it’s a normal phenomena and provide me a course of antibiotic for infection.  And this problem is abated but not fully cured.
Several days ago, according to my 2nd USG report following repots have been pictured though I don’t feel any noticeable pain rather than mild pain in between two periods.
My USG of Pelvis (TA) report:
My uterus is retroverted in position. The size of the uterus is L:7.8, W:4.4, AP:3.1.
The myometrium is of homogeneous texture.
The endometrioum is 8.5 mm in thikness and has mixed echo.
Tubo ovarian areas:
The right ovary is 14.4 cm*cm*cm and the left ovary is 6.0 cm*cm*cm.
The right ovary is moderately enlarged in size due to presence of a well defined clear cyst of size 19*17mm seen within it.
The left ovary is mildly enlarged in size. No mass or cyst are seen in the left tubo ovarian area.
CUL DE SAC:
No free fluid is present.
And my Blood test results are as followed:

LDH: 287.0 U/L
CEA: 1.3 ng/ml.
Serum CA-125 level: 14.3 U/ml.
Now, according to the blood test result It’s not a Cancer .
But will this cyst turn to tumor later on? Will it affect on pregnancy?
BTW, I'm 22 unmarried.

With Ovarian Cancer, unlike a lot of other cancers, a benign cyst will not become malignant.  Not to say that a benign cyst will not continue to grow and possibly go from simple to complex, but, it it will become cancerous, if it is not cancerous to begin.

Hi there.  I also have a history of ovarian cysts and by what I know, when they are enlarged it's better to get them checked to see if they are benign or not.  The CA - 125 is normal, but it's not generally used to indicate if a person has cancer or not.  It's mostly used to see how women who have been given treatment for ovarian cancer have responded to it.  I think you should consult a gyno-oncologist.  Probably they are benign cysts because you are still young and pre-menopausal so don't worry so much about it.  But get checked and also post your comment on the ovarian expert forum since a doctor can answer your questions.  Best wishes.
