Posterior Cul-De-Sac

Good day! My wife just got thru an ultra sound and got the following result.

Minimal fluid, posterior cul-de-sac
There are  multiple small immature follicles, 8-11 in number bilaterally seen peripherally.

With only the info listed above..all sounds ok.  A small amount of free fluid is a normal finding and the immature follicles don't sound worrisome.  However, that report sounds incomplete.  Why did she have the ultrasound?  She should follow up with her gyn and investigate any symptoms she is having but those results you listed don't indicate ovarian cancer.   Good luck.
