HI
After reading all of the posts from today clearly emotions were running high.
I think the important thing for everyone to remember is that people start this process at different points - some are diagnosed quickly having had lots of symptoms while others are in the beginning stages w/ little to no symptoms and incidental findings.
I do see the insensitivity of posting about pregnancy problems.
I posted here about my 'cyst' because while my providers are fairly certain I have the same problem I did before I know (and those who've been on this forum for many years have stated repeatedly) that nothing can be certain until it comes out.
I do have one ovary so I felt it appropriate to answer that question and I dare say I am an expert on having only one ovary.............
Regardless, I'm happy to post in the new forum now that there is a more appropriate place for me to ask my questions.
God Bless you all

Yes - just not sure whether it can be done laparoscopically (which he'll first attempt but I've got alot of adhesions) or full abdominal.   Either way it is a full hysterectomy.
I was told if they found cancer then he'd  make a larger vertical incision to get the lymph nodes etc.

Are you still scheduled for the 15th of May for your surgery?

Different situation with my medical experience, same situation here on the forums.
I am going to try and straddle them both (yep, I'm a BIG girl)... lol

I hope you choose to post where you are most comfortable.

Thank you for your valuable information on questions re having one ovary, I'm sure you will be a benefit to either forum.

God Bless
