Thank you all. I have so many questions floating around in my mind right now. The fact remains that I'll only get the answers when they remove my fat ovary. I keep reading too about less chance of malignancy in pre-menopausal women. Well, shoot, I don't think I want to know the odds in old ladies like me then. I'll just wait for the big day. Trying not to think too much.
The cardio started me on a heart medication Tuesday to keep my heart from misbehaving during the surgery. The med is making me a bit foggy in the head and dizzy. I think that's a good thing for now.
My cyst (which was drained during a lap procedure) that contained the malignant cells, according to the path report (this was studied over and over again since when the surgery was done a few weeks later, there was no sign of any [further?] cancer) was only 2cms. Many of my friends are nurses and they told me that this was a wake-up call for them to pay more attention at their clinics to pre-menopausal women with small cysts.

When it comes to ovarian cancer size is no indication on whether it is benign or not. I had several large tumors over 15cms and many more small ones in the 3 cm range. Also was full of what they said looked like grains of rice.. all cancerous...
I know that cysts can be cancerous or usually benign but size is not an indication.
