It would depend on where the recurrance is. But you would still have the same bloating feeling and gastric symptoms. My recurrance was on an old scar site. It used to flair up and boy it was painful. I would also get the bloating and gas but this was put down to IBS. Because my symptoms appeared 14 years after the original tumour was removed it was not linked to it. But my advice is this: any symptoms that you INSTINCTIVELY know to be unusual or wrong go back to the doctor. A recent study on gut instincts proved that most people were right to act on them.

My recurrence was found through a trending up of my CA 125. I really didn't have any symptoms to speak of, but the fact that you have already been diagnosed with OVCA should alert any good doctor to follow what YOU are saying and to probe further. Don't stop until someone listens to you. Good luck!
