Thanks for the tordol information, I have vicodin now and do get groggy from it. I will be having an abdominal hysterectomy on Tuesday, and will make that one of my suggestions for pain relief!
I'm happy you're over the surgery, and will pray that your recovery is quick and relaxing, after worrying and stressing. I pray that God will heal you, and leave you healthy and fully recovered.
hugs,
Morrowville
Thank you for giving us the news. I'm sure you're tired and sore but it's good to hear from you. I've never heard of Tordol. I was given Oxycodone which is nasty stuff - brain splitting headache and too dizzy to go to the bathroom alone. Yuck. Got rid of that stuff right away. Glad to hear you have something mild but effective. Now all you have to do is rest and get well. You can do that. :-)
So glad surgery is now behind you, take time to heal, and enjoy the lovely weather finally moving in after a long winter. Will keep you in my prayers that pathology comes back with only good news.

So glad everything went well for you. I couldn't take the pain pills they gave me (don't remember what they were) because they gave me the worst headache I ever had... Take care and don't do too much for a bit.. I heard things take longer to heal from the inside ...
Let us know and I just know everything will turn out great for you.. Keep in touch,
Sandy
I am glad everything went well. I agree that vicodin has a bad effect. I only used darvoet after day 2 post op. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Don't over do things even if you feel normal. Marie
