Thing to look out for Ovarian Cancer

I'm actually a guy and I'm here to ask for advice for my girlfriends condition. She has ovarian cancer which led to the doctors taking out her ovaries but there's still a tumor there in that area. Is there anything I should watch out for or anything I can do for her? surgery cannot be an option because we're still in college and we do not have the money for that. Second, is sex a risk for the cancer redeveloping?

If you are afraid of rupturing the tumor there are other ways to have sex such as between the legs instead of penetration. Sorry if I am too graphic.

I just do not know not being a doctor. My doctor let me ride horses the day before my surgery and I was full of tumors.

No need to apologize, thank your very much for the replies. However, there is a possibility of it rupturing?

Sorry if I'm asking over and over again.

It's alright even if she has a tumor? She hasn't gone through chemo nor has she undergone surgery to remove the tumor since her family has no money.

Is she doing chemo? If not look for weight loss or throwing up a lot. Losing the ovaries will probably put her in early menopause and sex may be painful due to dryness. If it is not it won't hurt to have it. Just let her know you love her.
