Thoughts and opinions needed

What have you all been told in regards to borderline malignant tumors:  Are they considered a form of ovarian cancer?  Am I wrong when I say that it is a form of ovarian cancer?  I am really curious as to what other doctors have said about Borderline tumors to those of you who have had them.

(Recap--I had a borderline tumor removed in June, it was out of the ovary and had attached to the omentum.  In August I had a TAH.  I am scheduled to have a CT 6 months post TAH.)

Thanks for your input.  jcrupp

In addition to the Johns Hopkins site, go to the Ovarian Answers forum and check out the responses there. Someone asked a good question about Borderline Tumors and the Dr's response was quite detailed.
Good Luck!
