Ultrasound Results

Recently I received a copy of my ultrasound results, but I am unable to meet w/ my doctor for another month.  I was hoping you could shed some light on my results and explain what it could mean.

Right Ovary: normal in size measuring 2.5 X 2.8 X 2.2 cm. Right ovary contains a 1.5 cm cyst.
Left Ovary: normal in size measuring 1.8 X 2.8 X 1.6 cm.  Left ovary contains multiple subcentimeter cysts or follicles the largest of which measures 0.9cm.  Normal ovarian blood flow bilaterally.  No free fluid in the cul-de-sac.

Should I be concerned?

My menstrual cycle has been normal.  Every 28-30 days and lasts a/b 5-7 days.  Started period Nov. 4th & had the ultrasound on the 24th of Nov.

I also had an abnormal pap w/ advanced squamos cells or advanced dysplasia.  I am going in for a coloscopy on Dec. 14th.

Starting in the middle of Oct. I began having vaginal burning that would come & go and seems to be relieved by drinking a lot of water.  I am also very bloated all the time.  The vaginal burning is worse first thing in the morning.  I wake up every morning & begin drinking water until I can get the burning to dissapate.
Any thoughts about what could be going on?
