Diagnosed with Complex Mass Left Ovary

Recieved a vaginal ultrasound I think after A false positive Urine Test. What causes an False Positive? And when the ER doctor referred me to my gyno he mentioned something about his concern being something highly elevated. I can't remember what he called it. I was stuck on Ovarian Mass. My gyno did a endometrial biopsy and a ca 125. Followed up by mammagram and a CT abdomial and pelvic. I don't know the results of any of those. Am. I going in the right direction? I have been a basket case and have found some comfort just reading the posts here. I am 52,tubes tied 21year ago,No family history, 2 successful deliveries. Very Anxious at this Point. Complex tumor?

Thank you, I am searching for anything I can find. This morning I was spotting a little bit just as I did  after the biopsy. I'm thanking it was related to that. ThanksTerri

yes you are definately heading in the right direction with the tests you are having.I know how scared you are , I was the same and the waiting game for the  results is no fun !!.  
Im sorry I don,t know anything about the urine test you had, regarding  false positive results but maybe someone else will be able to throw some light on to it .
