Unusual vaginal odour with ovarian cancer?

I have recently noticed an unusual vaginal odour. I am extremely tired, have twinges of pain in abdomen, and feel like my lower back is constantly bruised, even though I have not injured it. Has anyone else noticed an unusual smell with their ovarian cancer diagnoses?

I am sorry you have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. It would seem reasonable that it could cause altered vaginal odor and more so if you are undergoing chemo. Back pain would seem reasonable too. Wishing you the best with your treatment.

Have you been diagnosed with ovarian cancer?  All types of gynecological cancers, from vaginal, uterine, ovarian, cervical, can cause unusual discharge that has an odor.  Yes.  Tell us more as we'd like to support you, hon.
