Hi thanks for your note dear friend.  I went through all of the postings and alot of them I could not help anybody with the last 10 days or so, it seemed alot of the posts dealt with different chemo treatments, reoccurances, etc. and I just dont have the knowledge for that.   BUT of course I have been following the posts.  NOW!! This eve. after 2 weeks when I had that small bleed remember??  I spotted brown since then, nothing huge, and whne I wiped I was clear.  But this eve, I wiped and the brown was back - not alot but enough to make me sit up and wonder OK I will be on week 5 on Tues....had my 4 week internal exam, etc. all going well, can you please tell me what is going on UP THERE NOW!!!! Would it be old blood, sitches still dissolving as gyn/onc looked and said 50% healed right on track, I feel a pulling sensation too and he said thats normal and keep walking when you feel it.  So well, long story I have a terrible personal experience with witnessing bleeds now Im terrified again, I just cannot help that.  Can you explain to me, what you think is going on.  Its light, but not dark brown, have not OVER DONE at all, no incision pain whatsoever anymore, pulling each side of groin, thats not new tho, but I wonder OH LORD not again, Im waitingfor big red stuff.!!  He (DR) said you are past any chance of blod clots (lungs), post op, hemorraging, etc....he said that is all over.
What is the worst that can happen. I may sound to you like I am absoutely ridiciulous but it isnt to me, if you knew my experiences and what I went through years ago and saw, you would understand.  Thanks.......
Also, where in the world did the other gals disappear to......raven lady, urban gal, etc?????
Must be busy I guess..............and yes I'm here, still recovering from the shock with the news I emailed to you.
Hugs, Toadster........

Hi, I have not had any bleeding or brown for quite a while.  My surgery was Dec. 7th.  I know that I have pulling on one side more than the other, mainly when I flip over in bed and sometimes getting up.  Glad to know that is normal.  I know that I am glad that I am not going back to work until next week.  I wanted to make sure that I was good and healed before wearing myself ragged with work.  I am the same with you.....checking in, but nothing to comment on or relating to.  Take Care!

Hey Toadster!
Well...I am 7 weeks post op now.  For the last month have experienced the same, no bleeding, just a brownish-red when I wipe.  I started this 31 days, which was Dec 14, after my surgery.  I called the doctor on Dec 26.  He recommended progesterone.  Wanted to put me on an oral but I had cream, ProGest, and he said that was OK.  Just yesterday I stopped spotting, 13 days after starting ProGest. Had I not stopped I would have been back to the doctor for another VUS.

It's got to be hormonal for me.  I haven't had a cycle since bleeding heavily that week of my surgery.  My last true period was Nov 1.  I'm 47 and wondering if my remaining ovary is failing to pick up the slack?

Oops...just remembered, you had a hyst, didn't you?  I'd jot down the days it is happening.  If it gets bright red I'd call ASAP.  I still feel that pulling you describe and a few other sensations.

Take care,
Lori
