Stable appearance of the cervical canal mass/ complex cyst slightly to the right currently measuring 2.8 x 2.5 x 2.1 cm, previously measuring 2.5 x 2.0 x 2.9 cm. Development of a new myometrial cyst adjacent to the endometrial around the anterior lower uterine segment measuring 07. x 0.6 x 0.7 cm. Hi There
lots of words in that report!
but nothing really looks hugely abnormal - some fibroids, a few cysts

I personally like to put reports in context of the person.

So if you are having a problem - pain, abnormal bleeding or a strong family history of ovarian cancer, I would treat that report differently than if you told me you had no troubles or if you told me you had a long history of endometriosis
and so on

your choices depending on context include:

repeat scan in 3 to 6 months to check for changes versus surgical intervention if you were having lots of symptoms
best wishes

CONCLUSION: 1) Decreasing right ovarian complex cyst now measuring 2.9 cm. Slight increase of the simple appearing right ovarian cyst now measuring 2.9 cm. 2) Decreasing left ovarian cyst now measuring 1.8 cm. 3) Essentially stable endocervical mass/complex cyst. Consider direct visualization for further evaluation. 4) Essentially stable uterine fibroids as described. 5) Interval development of a 7 mm myometrial cyst adjacent to the endometrium around the anterior lower uterine segment.
Please excuse any typos and thank you in advance for any information or advice you are able to offer. :)
