Very confused

I am 45 yrs old and have been having cramping pains on my right side for a while.  After going to my OB/Gyn, she found a lot of fluid build up in my uteris and after my ultra sound, they found a 3.5cm complex cyst on my right ovary.  I have since had more bloating.  So much that a pair of pants I bought 3 weeks ago are now difficult to button.  I also have been having a very hard time breathing as I feel shortness of breath.  I went to my primary physician and he said the radiologist found a spot on my lung and is treating it as "pnemonia".  I have no symptoms of pnemonia, just a  very dry cough.  I am very tired all the time.  I feel that I can never get enough sleep.  I also have gas 24/7.  Dont feel hungry much but when I do get hungry, nothing is appetizing.
Heres the thing, I have done research and maybe too much of it, but it seems there might be more going on rather than just a complex cyst.  I go back in 3 weeks for another ultra sound but would like to go sooner to put my mind at rest.  Should I be worried or am I just reading too much into this?

Thank you for your replies.  I have contacted the OB/GYN and they have moved my next ultrasound up to this thurs.  I am grateful for your replies.  Everyone I talk to says not to be worried but they dont understand, that, until you know for sure, you are going to worry.
The spot on my lung was fron a chest xray.  I dont feel the medicine they gave me for pnemonia is doing anything as I still have the shortness of breath.  I know some doctors like to use the "try this first" system but I dont feel that this is something I should be experimenting with.
In the mean time, I am just taking ibuprofen for the cyst pain.  Seems to help a little.
Thank you again for your replies.  It is good to know there are places we can go to discuss this and people understand how we feel.  And, Marie, no, you arent being bossy.  You both gave good advice.  I will keep you posted.

Becky,

Marie is spot on.  I am really pushing myself for women on here to be aggressive with their doctors.  Everyone knows the doctor has too many patients--you want to be the squeaky wheel in this situation.

I am again reminded of that silly cheer we used to do as kids "Be Aggressive, Be Aggressive"--and I wasn't even a cheerleader!

How did they see the spot on the lung? Was it from a CT scan?  I suggest you get an appointment as soon as you can with a gyn/ oncologist. Tell that doctor of all of your symptoms. Your symptoms may be caused by a benign condition, but they concern me enough to want you to be checked out thoroughly. You don't feel good and you don't feel the doctors are taking you seriously or you wouldn't be asking, right? Keep pushing for answers and don't stop until you get this resolved. Man, I sound bossy. Sorry. I just want good health and a long life for you and all of us. Marie
