When complex cysts turn solid

Though my surgery is just a few hours away... it was a hard decision on how to proceed with the surgery. I no long have my righ ovary or tube and two cysts formed on my left about 6 months ago. At first just small (funcational type) cysts so gyno put them on monitore.  Rechecked every 3 weeks... and both have tripled in size... going from functional to complex to solid. The last gram showed they stopped growing but have changed.  The sizes are 8.2 and 6.4 cm.... not super big.  Well the plain was to just remove the cysts so I can continue to try to have at least one child, I am 43 so asking for a miracle, but do not want to THH if everything is healthy.  Well if the cysts are cancerous after she removes them - that can lead to the cancer cells entering other parts of the pelvis wall and surrounding organs.   My CA-125 test came back normal but it is inaccurate in woman in prementraul.  So has any of you have had these types of changes in an ovary with that 6 months time frame and have it surgery tested to find out all is okay... it or they were begnin.  We are hoping for the best but preparing for the worse.

I do appologize I am a bit tired.  Two complex cysts that turn solid in three weeks...just wondering why the gyno is suddenly concerned... she was just going do a THH and told her NO since the original plan was to remove the cysts and test them first... then if species cells were found then do the THH.  She seemed quite concerned... But I told her if it is cancer and you expose my other parts then I will deal with it... there is such a slim chance of cysts turning ovarian cancer --- I rather not have health organs removed.
