Why do I look 5 months pregnant?

I am having the CA125 test. I have had colonoscopy, pelvic ultrasound and a cat scan and all normal. My stomach is huge but it comes and goes. I have horrible pain during ovulation for 3 to 5 days. I may gain 5 pounds when I am bloated. Any suggestions.

I have had several TVUS and they have always said I had a cyst and then did a follow up TVUS and said that it had burst. I have probably had 4 or 5 and each time they say it burst on it's own. Maybe not this time, I will ask at my appt on Thursday. Thank you so much! Lisa

Yes I too had bloating and pain especially at ovulation, from an ovarian cyst/tumor. Since it was removed, pain and bloating are gone. A TVUS is recommended as Chris suggested.

Did you have a transvaginal ultrasound with the pelvic ultrasound?  If the pelvic ultrasound was not transvaginal you might want to request one to see if you have ovarian cysts.  They can cause the symptoms you are experiencing.  I was diagnosed with IBS for 18 months but it turned out my problems were being caused by cysts on my ovary.  Once the cysts were removed and I had recovered from my surgeries the symptoms went away.  Good luck. I really feel for you.  I know what it's like.  Someone I know had this problem and it took them 2 years to be diagnosed with a "Hiatal Hernia".  Maybe it's that.  She had no symptoms, but some symptoms are heartburn.  Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response. I do not have problems anymore with my bowels since I gave up caffeine I go regularly. I was hoping that was what it was. But it has been 4 months and I still look pregnant but it comes and goes. Scary!
