As the others have said go to mymedhelp and make sure things are set the way you want. If you still can't get through to people write a post and list everybody you have tried getting to and see if they have you blocked by accident.  Also, some people do have their's set for friends only which is understandable all things considered. Teresa had me blocked accidentally.  When they added the thing where you can see who is online it automatically chose for only my friends to be able to see if I am online so you may want to look closely at all of those settings.  I think when they were playing around with all of this stuff some things got switched around.  There were people on my friends list who no longer were and we couldn't figure it out at first.

Also, you must be logged in, not just viewing. They usually prompt you to log-in when you go to post or send a note, but maybe not always.

I noticed one little change - MH doesn't mention when someone sends a note anymore over in "recent activity." It used to say "Ireneo sent a note to Bohan" for example. They've done away with that. And unless someone responds to your note, you can't know if it was ever sent. Oh, I guess you could go to the recipient's profile and look for your note over there. I still can't find a list of the notes I've sent in my profile area. Maybe there never was one.

All I can say is that I def. didn't "block"you .. and I got your "message" or "note".. now I can't remember but I know I got something. I'll go check and post again. Also got the friends invite.. Let's see if we can't figure this out or if not, ask MH to fix..

Night,
Sandy

Sorry. I thought I used to be able to see notes that I'd posted to others but now I don't see it at all. All I get under notes is those I've received. Maybe they've changed things a bit. And under "friends" there are two headings: one is friends and another is "invitations" that I haven't dealt with yet. That's all I can see at this point. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Hmm. What does it say when you try to post? Just that you're blocked or something else? I'll try sending you a note first and see if you can reply.

When you try messaging them click the "add as friend" before sending it.  I had a similar problem and had to go back and re-add people.

I think someone else had a problem with private messages being blocked. There's a spot where you can click on block or unblock for some people (like your friends list). Beyond that, I don't know. I haven't spent that much time at "My Medhelp" to see all the options. I doubt you've done anything wrong. Perhaps someone else can explain it more clearly or you can poke around in "My Medhelp" and check your own preferences and profile stuff.
