If you do not have a predisposition / family history of ovarian cancer, then your lifetime risk is less than 2%. MOST ovarian cysts, even suspicious looking ones, are benign (non-cancerous). The CA125 test is not accurate at diagnosing OC. A friend of mine had a CA125 in the 1000's and her cyst was benign.
Do you a copy of the imaging (ultrasound or other) report? If so, what does it say? What has your doctor told you?
What has your doctor suggested is the next step? Sometimes they can't tell until surgery what the cyst is.
