Is the back pain that come with cysts come with pain all the time or can it be just when you walk a little or stand too long?

I have an 8.5 x 6.5 cyst on my right ovary. I had alot of lumbar pain on that side (before I found out about the cyst, I was taking muscle relaxers for my back!).
But I'll tell you something, once the pain of a twisted or leaking cyst came about, I forgot all about my back pain!
Angie's right. Depending on the cyst, it's location, & size, it can do varying degrees of damage (pain) to one's back.

Hi ,
it can be either really depending on the position of the cysts , I had constant backache with my cysts but they were large 10cm .
