They thought Ovarian Pain was gallbladder for me. My gallbladder did need to come out but I still had the pain after it came out. Lower left belly. I was my Ovary but it three years for the Primary Care to finally find my Ovary problem. Ovarian pain is a hard one to diagnose. If you start throwing or losing weight you need to push for a diagnosis.

I would try to get an appt with a gyno, if it's cysts they'll know how to treat it. I had my gal bladder removed because it was really bad and I'd have pain up near my ribs in the front under my breast and would vomit uncontrollably during a gal stone attack, to the point I'd end up in the ER from dehydration. This went on for years until they finally found out what it was. High white cell count was one way they finally found mine. Cysts can be extremely painful too so it could be that as well but you definitely need to be seen by a doctor asap. They are the only ones that can correctly diagnose it, if the pain gets to bad go back to the ER and tell them you have seen the surgeon and what he said. If you can wait then if it were me I'd see my primary and see what he thought
