Surgery over - waiting on pathology report

Well I had my surgery on Wed 10 Nov 2010. Came home from hospital yesterday afternoon 13 Nov 2010.

The basics of what we were told...
Right ovary was an endometrioma. Saw no endometriosis anywhere else, there was some "other stuff" inside including a few other cysts but generally - it was full of endometriosis. Right ovary & tube were removed. Apparently the right ovary was stuck to my uterus & bowel also.

The left mass was mucinous/mucinoid - depending on which surgeon you talk to (there were 2). No frozen section was done because...
1 - they said they looked okay and..
2 - nothing was going to be decided on just on a frozen section.

So now we wait for the full pathology to come back - hopefully by Friday. Am very happy to be home and resting. Tiring out some, but all in all - can't complain.

What is weird is that, while I'm still fat - I've lost my belly. Everything sits & fits better!

Thank you all for the positive energy, greatly appreciated!
