degree and types of pain experienced

My 65year neightbour and best friend has ovarian cancer Stage 4 (I think 'B') and in 2009 underwnet a debulking operation at RMH Fulham, unfortunately it was totally unsuccessful as her cancer had spread so much.

Are there other ovarian cancer suffers out there that would be prepared/willing to discuss their symptoms and compare situations?  as she is beginning to loose her fighting spirit of late. Whether this is because of the extra pains she is suffering or whether it is due to her being depressed in the first place, I do not know.
Whatever, it's just that she keeps telling me that she cannot find anyone else with the same Stage 4 ovarian cancer 2 years down the line and around 20 sessions of chemo and best part of a dozen CT Scans later, that she can talk to.

Please, if anyone out there is willing please reply.

Regards,
Les

Special thanks to Abrite1, and appreciate you assistance in posting, will have a go right now.

I'm taking Jennifer to RMH this morning, she has her results/decision on latest CT scan, CA125 and blood- hopefully to go onto Calex - I think it's known as that?

Hi Les,

You need to start a completely new post, otherwise, it just continues on this thread and no one sees it. You can just repeat what you initially wrote, but give it the new title. Hopefully, this makes sense. If not, let me know!

You may want to repost this and title it Stage 4 OVCA survivors. Hope this helps.
