emu oil?

Anyone know anything about internally taking emu oil for healing?  Everyone has a suggestion of something that will help healing, but I've never heard of this one.

Yes, I used to get "Blue Emu" (available online or at retailers like Walgreens) which also contains MSM and Aloe, for my mom to combat neuropathy in her feet.  It did help ease the pain due to that, but does not cure it.

Internally...I'm not sure...while it does have healing properties, the research I've seen (doesn't mean there is not others) doesn't necessarily show any other improvement taking internally...but it might.  I guess it just depends on what the end goal you want for it to be is.

I have used emu oil only as a topical help.  It works wonders with scars and things like that.  I also have used it on my face for those little red veins that pop up on my chin and cheek - I cannot remember what they are called. I do remember that it can be used in a wide number of ways.  I will try to find the name of the local lady that I get my emu oil from and send you her info.  She knows everything and anything about that stuff.
