pain in my ovaries

i have pain in my ovaries specially in the mornings when i wake up, i usally feel a horrible pain , could that lead to a cancer problem

First off, you need to get a transvaginal ultrasound to find out what is going on in there.  If there is a cyst it is possible that you are feeling the pain more in the morning because your bladder is full and putting pressure on it.  Over 95% of cysts are benign but should still be checked out to ensure they don't twist or burst.  Please do give us a follow up on the Ovarian Cysts page once you have been to a doctor.
