laparascopic surgery

hi,i had an ovarian cyst removed thru laparascopic surgery 2 years ago,and 2 months after the surgery i had my menses,so thats good,but from that time my menses came irregularly like sometimes every 3 or 4 months,is normal? hubby took me to the specialist to see if everything is ok inside my ovary, i even had radio and ultrasound on my ovary and everything is fine my 2 ovary is fine and healthy,but why is it that myt menses comes irregularly?in fact now its going to be 4 months without menses and im not pregnant,please help!!asap!!!thanks

yup my gyne do all sorts of test blood hormones etc,evrything is normal,and both my ovaries are fine

Have your doctor do blood work to check your hormone levels. Also, are you sure the cyst was removed or was the entire ovary removed? Go back to your surgeon and ask for the details of your surgery and they should give you more insight on how long it may take for your menses to go back to normal or you may continue to have irregular cycles for sometime into your body regulates naturally.

You should probably seek answers with your gynecologist.  I know periods can be on and off when one begins menopause but that isn't necessarily the case with you.  
Your gyn can help you with these questions.
