don't know what to do

I posted my NEED ADVICE question several days ago and the Dr just called me and said that my Pet/CT did not show any hot spots but that my CA125 was up to 334.   She said we could just wait and do something when something shows up on a CT or possibly start me on chemo again now.  I have an appointment to see her next week to discuss it further. She also said that she couldn't put me on any of the clinical trials because I did not have any visible disease.  

Anyone else had this happen?  Also, is there anyone who is on Arimidex?

This is the 2nd Dr.  The 1st one just put me on Arimidex.
