What you have been through is scary.  You do have some worrisome symptoms and test results.
About the only advice or suggestion I can make is that you request a referral to a gyn/oncologist.  That is definitely the person you want by your side during any surgical procedure.  If , for some reason, your doctor doesn't agree ....call and make an appointment for yourself.  The sooner the better.  Take copies of all your medical records....scans, blood work, test results, etc.
Don't wait until April 6.....see a gyn/oncologist BEFORE your surgery.....YOU HAVE ONLY ONE CHANCE TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME......get a gyn/oncologist to perform your surgery.
Please do let us know how things are progressing and good luck.
Peace.
