My mom has primary peritineal/ovarian cancer stage 3-4 just found a 6cm tumor on her liver she has been fighting ovca for 4 years and this is a new developement any idea of her prognosis with this metastisis

Everyone is different and every doctor is different. One tumor isn't so bad, maybe it can be removed surgically? And are they sure that it is a metastisis? Did they already do a biopsy?
