I am really sorry to hear about your daughter.   Usually, Stage 2 ovca requires surgery and chemo.  But, there are different types of ovarian tumors and some are low grade.   I have heard of other women who have found out they had ovca while pregnant and did deliver their babies to term.  However, it usually means delaying treatment which allows the disease to further spread.   If she is far along in her pregnancy, then they may induce her early.  But, only her doctor can advise her on the recommended treatment.  My thoughts and prayers are with your daughter and family.
