MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi There
at age 20, most cysts are from the normal process of ovulation that occurs each month in between your periods.

there are some cysts that are unrelated to ovulation and need to be surgically removed.
the decision to perform surgery will depend on the size of the cyst and whether it is growing.

usually cysts less than 5 cm are just watched, especially at your age.
so the details of your reports are very important.

You should get copies of all the ultrasounds, xrays, and blood tests that you have had.
you should keep your own file on your medical history.
That way you can efficiently explain what is going on to a new doctor.

best wishes
