ovary pain ?

I've always had painful periods and lower back pain, I've been told I have 2 endrometrius cysts on my right ovary and can have it removed. I tried natural cures, but it's getting worse...I don't want surgery. Is there anyway to shrink them? Could it be something else causing THIS MUCH pain? (10 out of 10) for 2 "little" cysts. Are there tests I should ask for? I'm also scheduled for a colonoscopy and upper GI in 1 1/2 months... I'm 44 and otherwise in good health. What about having them drained??? I can't function in this much pain and uncertainty.

go on the pill or have laparoscopy to have it burned off, but it does grow back.

what do you do for endometriosis pain?

If you have those symptoms along with endometriomas, you probably have endometriosis which can cause a lot of pain. Ask about it and get it checked out!!
