ovc and abnormal liver test/wbc

Hello,I'm finally having laparscopy march 14 due to pelvic pain/complex cyst along with possible adhesion removal, hysterscopy, possible uterine suspension,d & c and biopsys. My question is I've been concerned with ovc for a year with the symptoms, does it cause abnormal blood tests? my white cell blood count is high and my liver test are abnormal (my gallbladder was removed last yr so I know it isnt stones) I been having severe pelvic/abd pain and now pain around liver,dr say  could be drug induced hepatitis since I been steady on vicodins/darvocets for a year or longer for pain managment.
My last transvaginal and ultrasound 3 weeks ago  could not detect  ovaries and I had decreased blood flow.I'm starting to panic now and imagaining the worst!!

Hi Stephanie,
I would like to say good luck on your upcoming surgery. I don't think I can answer your questions but I'd like to bump it up for you so someone who can possibly answer, will.

I remember you from way back when I was here for my first surgery in 06.  Sorry you've had such a rough year.  = (

Take care and I hope it all goes well!
