post-hysterectomy cancer symptoms?

Has anyone presently diagnosed with ovarian cancer started their symptoms with a heavy vaginal discharge (after not having one for years following a hysterectomy) Sometimes tinged with blood?

pap smears do not diagnose OVCA  .  Ovarain cysts cause the same symptoms as OVCA, get checked out with a tvus, perhaps the CA125 blood test, altho it is not the most accurate test,  maybe a colonoscopy, good vaginal with doctor feeling belly at the same time.

I had a hysterectomy leaving ovaries and cervix in feb and im too having similar problems. Disharge on and off, bleeding on and off, pain during intercourse, even bleeding sometimes after. It almost appears im having mini periods each month....had u/sound today and she only found 1 ovary, so i wonder what is going. I had a pap to test my cells last week, not heard back, im gonna call tomm.

Hello...yes, I too have had a discharge - somedays heavier than usual and always have to wear a mini pad. It's yellowish/light brown and I had my surgery on May 3rd. Now that it has persisted this long, I will address this issue with my GP tomorrow and I suggest you should as well. Perhaps a yeast type infection?

Not me but a woman I was talking to while having chemo some years ago had that as an only symptom.  Best to get it checked
